An annual general meeting of donors, well wishers and friends is held in the Great Hall, C.M.S. College, Kottayam, Kerala, India every year on the last Sunday of May. Payments of scholarship for the months of May and June are given during this meeting as per the convenience of beneficiaries.

An annual Newsletter containing a brief account of the previous years activities, donors and beneficiaries  names, statement of accounts etc is given to the members of Ardhratha Fellowship. Copies of the Newsletter are sent to all donors.
